Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice with Digitalinfrastructure. Informational prices on this website are not charges by themselves.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests inside 14 days may qualify for a partial refund as described below.

Full or partial refunds

• Full refund: cancellation 14 or more days before start, or cohort cancellation by Digitalinfrastructure.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start, if materials have not been released.
• No refund: cancellation within 4 days of start, or after materials access / first live session has begun, except where Korean mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party fees (travel, QSA assessments, tooling licenses), custom research deliverables already produced for a private cohort, and completed Evidence Briefing sessions are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@digitalinfrastructure.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method unless another method is required by your bank. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-declared travel restrictions may be reviewed case by case for goodwill credits even when standard windows have passed.
